Student Media Groups at Washington University serve a dual purpose. They provide educational experiences for participating students as well as reflect and build upon the campus community they serve. Students involved in Washington University Television, KWUR radio, or Student Life are exposed to state of the art equipment in settings that mirror those found in the professional mass communications industry. Students that are consumers of WU student produced media are best informed on campus issues and are exposed to a reflection of the campus’ great social and cultural diversity.
